Careers
Software for the physical world, written by people who have seen it
We are a small studio doing unusually broad work — a graphics engineer here will also see a plant floor, a CAD kernel and a drone flight log in the same quarter. If that sounds like scope creep rather than an offer, we are probably not the right place.

8 positions
Real-time Graphics Engineer
Own the rendering layer: three.js and WebGPU, frame budgets on mid-range Android, point cloud and splat pipelines.
- Location
- Remote (Americas, EMEA or APAC) or Ahmedabad
- Experience
- 3–8 years
- Range
- competitive, benchmarked locally–competitive, benchmarked locally
What you would own
- Build and optimise the scene layer behind configurators and twins
- Own the frame budget methodology and its CI enforcement
- Push the WebGPU path forward while keeping WebGL2 honest
- Work on point cloud LOD and splat rendering with the capture team
What we need
- Deep three.js, Babylon, PlayCanvas or engine-level graphics experience
- You have profiled a real scene and can talk about what you found
- Comfortable with GLSL/WGSL and GPU memory as a first-class constraint
- Opinions about draw calls that you can defend
Nice to have
- WebGPU compute experience
- Gaussian splatting or NeRF work
- Published examples or open-source contributions
3D Pipeline Engineer
The CAD-to-web build system: tessellation, decimation, compression, validation gates and the content-addressed cache.
- Location
- Ahmedabad, London or remote
- Experience
- 2–6 years
- Range
- competitive, benchmarked locally–competitive, benchmarked locally
What you would own
- Extend the ingest matrix across CAD, mesh, scan and BIM formats
- Own tessellation tolerance heuristics and visibility-driven budgets
- Keep incremental builds genuinely incremental at 4,000-part scale
- Write the validation gates that fail bad releases before customers do
What we need
- Experience with CAD kernels, glTF-Transform, Draco or KTX2 tooling
- You have debugged a broken mesh at 2am and enjoyed it slightly
- Strong build-system instincts — caching, determinism, reproducibility
Nice to have
- OpenCASCADE or commercial kernel experience
- USD composition
- Rust or C++ for the hot paths
Configurator / Rules Engineer
Build the rule graph engine and sit with applications engineers turning tribal knowledge into constraints.
- Location
- Remote (Americas, EMEA or APAC) or Ahmedabad
- Experience
- 3–7 years
- Range
- competitive, benchmarked locally–competitive, benchmarked locally
What you would own
- Evolve the constraint engine and its evaluation performance
- Run rules workshops with client engineering teams
- Own the BOM and ERP emission path end to end
- Make the rule authoring surface usable by non-programmers
What we need
- Constraint solving, CPQ or rules-engine experience
- Genuine patience for workshops where experts disagree
- Svelte, TypeScript and a taste for well-shaped state
Nice to have
- SAP VC, Tacton or Configura exposure
- SAT/SMT solver familiarity
- Manufacturing background
Reality Capture Specialist
Plan and fly survey missions, run terrestrial scanning, and take raw captures through to registered, classified publications.
- Location
- Any hub, with travel
- Experience
- 2–6 years
- Range
- competitive, benchmarked locally–competitive, benchmarked locally
What you would own
- Plan and execute drone and terrestrial capture to specified accuracy
- Establish control networks and verify registration
- Classify, clean and publish clouds for downstream use
- Own the accuracy claims we make to clients
What we need
- DGCA remote pilot certificate, or ready to obtain one
- Photogrammetry and LiDAR registration experience
- Survey control fundamentals — you know why GCPs matter
- Willing to be on site in a plant in May in Gujarat
Nice to have
- Terrestrial scanner experience (Faro, Leica, Trimble)
- Gaussian splat capture
- Geodesy or surveying qualification
Industrial / Twin Engineer
Bind twins to plant telemetry, build throughput models, and be the person clients trust on the floor.
- Location
- Any hub, with travel
- Experience
- 4–10 years
- Range
- competitive, benchmarked locally–competitive, benchmarked locally
What you would own
- Design tag registries and telemetry bindings that survive plant changes
- Build discrete-event models calibrated on real telemetry
- Run layout and throughput studies with client engineering
- Translate between the control room and the software team
What we need
- OPC-UA, MQTT or SCADA integration experience
- Discrete-event simulation background
- Manufacturing or process engineering grounding
- Comfortable being the visitor who asks the naive question
Nice to have
- Ignition or Sparkplug B experience
- Lean or six sigma qualification
- ROS 2 familiarity
Technical 3D Artist
Material capture, look development and the art direction that decides whether a configurator sells anything.
- Location
- Ahmedabad, London or remote
- Experience
- 2–6 years
- Range
- competitive, benchmarked locally–competitive, benchmarked locally
What you would own
- Capture and author PBR materials against physical samples
- Look-dev scenes and lighting rigs for configurators and catalogue renders
- Work inside budgets rather than negotiating with them afterwards
- Review AI-assisted pipeline output and reject what deserves rejecting
What we need
- Blender, Substance or Maya at a professional level
- PBR fluency — you can explain why a metal looks wrong
- You have shipped real-time assets to a budget before
Nice to have
- MaterialX
- Path tracing and offline render experience
- Photography and colour management background
Solutions Engineer
The technical half of every sales conversation — scoping, feasibility sprints, and telling prospects when the answer is no.
- Location
- Ahmedabad, London or remote
- Experience
- 3–8 years
- Range
- competitive, benchmarked locally–competitive, benchmarked locally
What you would own
- Scope engagements and run feasibility sprints
- Build demo configurations against a prospect's own data
- Own the technical content of proposals and their honesty
- Feed field objections back into the product

- Technical background with genuine client-facing ability
- Comfortable saying a project should not go ahead
- Enough 3D knowledge to be credible with engineers
Nice to have
- Manufacturing or ecommerce domain background
- CPQ implementation experience
- Gujarati or Hindi fluency
Engineering Internship — Real-time 3D

- Open-source contributions
- A shader you are proud of
Hiring
Five steps, and we tell you where you are
- 1
Apply
Email us with something you built. A repository, a scene, a write-up, a failed project you learned from. We read all of it and reply either way.
- 2
Conversation
45 minutes with the person you would work alongside. Mutual — bring your questions about how we actually operate.
- 3
Paid work sample
A scoped, realistic problem, 6–8 hours, paid at contractor rate. No trick questions, no whiteboard algorithms, no unpaid weekend.
- 4
Studio day
Half a day with the team, including lunch and a look at live work. You should leave knowing whether you want the job.
- 5
Offer
Within three working days of the studio day, with the salary band and equity explained before you have to ask.
Working here
What we actually offer
Hardware that matches the work
A workstation with a real GPU, and the mid-range Android test devices we hold ourselves to. You cannot optimise for a phone you do not own.
Four-day fortnight for deep work
Every second Friday has no meetings, no standups and no Slack expectation. It is where the hard rendering problems get solved.
Field time
Everyone visits a plant, a site or a flight within their first quarter. Software for the physical world written by people who have never seen it goes wrong in predictable ways.
Conference and publishing budget
$1,800 a year, and we actively want you publishing what you learn. Several of our clients found us through an engineering write-up.
Health cover for family
Comprehensive cover including parents, plus mental health support with no cap on sessions.
Equity from day one
Every full-time role carries equity. The grant is explained in plain language before you sign, including what it is likely to be worth.
Nothing here fits, but you want to work here?
Write anyway, and send something you built. We have created roles for people twice — both times because the email was interesting enough that not hiring them looked like the expensive option.
