What this covers

These terms govern use of 3d.mba. They do not govern any project we do for you — that is covered by a separate signed agreement, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

The demos

Every interactive demo on this site runs entirely in your browser on synthetic data. Nothing you do in them is recorded, and no result they produce is a professional opinion about your situation.

Frame rates and triangle counts shown in the demos are measured on your own device at that moment. They are honest measurements of the demo, not a guarantee about a future project on different geometry.

Figures and claims

Performance figures, case study results, pricing and lead times on this site are drawn from real projects or clearly marked as illustrative placeholders. They describe what happened in a specific context and are not a promise about yours.

The ROI calculator is a model with editable assumptions, all of which are visible. It is a thinking tool, not financial advice, and we would rather you argued with it than trusted it.

The market benchmark

The benchmark page contains our subjective editorial opinions about publicly available marketing sites and free tiers, formed at the date stated on that page. Scores rate the buying experience we encountered, not the quality of the underlying software.

All company names, product names and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners. Nothing there implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation in either direction. If you work at one of the companies reviewed and believe we have it wrong, write to us — we would rather correct it than defend it.

Intellectual property

Text, design, code and imagery on this site are ours unless credited otherwise. You may quote and link with attribution; please do not republish substantial portions wholesale.

In client work, ownership is set by the project agreement. Our default is that the assets, the rule graph and the application source are yours from day one — leaving us should be a data export, not a rebuild.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously reachable.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
