Reality Capture

Photogrammetry, terrestrial LiDAR and drone survey into usable geometry.

LAS / LAZE57Potree-style octreeCOLMAP-class SfM3D Gaussian Splatting

The as-built side. We fly, scan and photograph the thing that already exists, then register, clean, classify and decimate it into something a browser can actually open.

A raw scan is not a deliverable. A 2.8 billion point E57 registration of a plant is a liability until somebody has classified the structure, segmented the equipment, meshed what needs meshing, and left the rest as a streamed octree. Reality Capture covers the whole path: mission planning and flight, ground control and registration, noise and moving-object removal, semantic classification, and export into whatever the downstream tool needs — mesh for the configurator, point cloud for the survey team, IFC for the BIM model, Gaussian splats for the showroom.

What it does

  • Drone photogrammetry and LiDAR missions with GCP-verified accuracy
  • Terrestrial scanning for plant, heritage and interior capture
  • Automatic registration, denoising and moving-object removal
  • Semantic classification: ground, structure, vegetation, equipment, pipework
  • Octree-streamed point cloud publishing — billions of points in a browser tab
  • 3D Gaussian splat reconstruction for photoreal showroom backdrops

What changes for you

  • Retrofit projects stop discovering clashes during installation
  • Sales can walk a prospect through the customer's own plant
  • Heritage and asset records survive the people who remember them

Finding the constraint from the doorway

Three plants, twelve dashboards each, and a plant manager who could tell you every machine's OEE but not, on a bad shift, which one was actually constraining output. New engineers took six months to learn the material flow.

String faults caught inside a billing cycle

Quarterly walk-through inspection of a 90 MW field meant string faults could run for eleven weeks before detection. Each undetected string is measurable lost revenue, and the inspection itself took two people four days.

A skid retrofit planned without a single exploratory shutdown

A new skid had to fit into a live cleanroom whose drawings were three change controls out of date. Every exploratory survey required gowning, a production window and a deviation report.

Bring us the product you were told could not be configured.

Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
