What we built, and what it moved

Every figure here came from a measurement taken before and after. Where a client is under embargo we say so rather than inventing a logo, and every project carries the frame budget it shipped against.

4,860 chair configurations, zero photographed

Contract seating manufacturer · 2025

A contract seating range with nine option groups was sold through a 40-page swatch PDF. Specifiers emailed to ask whether combinations existed; roughly one order in six arrived with a combination the factory could not build, and each one cost a week of renegotiation.

A nine-day quote cycle, cut to nine minutes

CNC machine tool builder, Rajkot · 2025

Every machine quote round-tripped through applications engineering because only they knew which spindle, axis and coolant combinations were valid. Nine days elapsed between enquiry and quote. Competitors quoting in two were winning deals on responsiveness alone.

Finding the constraint from the doorway

Textile processing group · 2024

Three plants, twelve dashboards each, and a plant manager who could tell you every machine's OEE but not, on a bad shift, which one was actually constraining output. New engineers took six months to learn the material flow.

String faults caught inside a billing cycle

90 MW solar independent power producer · 2025

Quarterly walk-through inspection of a 90 MW field meant string faults could run for eleven weeks before detection. Each undetected string is measurable lost revenue, and the inspection itself took two people four days.

Three studio visits became one

Modular kitchen retailer · 2024

A kitchen quote took three studio visits and a designer's afternoon in a desktop tool the customer never saw. Around a third of plans drawn were not manufacturable at the sizes drawn, discovered at the factory.

A skid retrofit planned without a single exploratory shutdown

Formulation plant · 2025

A new skid had to fit into a live cleanroom whose drawings were three change controls out of date. Every exploratory survey required gowning, a production window and a deviation report.

340 racking locations that were not where the WMS thought

Third-party logistics operator · 2024

Pickers walked an average of 14 km per shift and AMRs deadlocked at two crossings daily. Slotting was optimised in the WMS against a location map that had drifted from the physical racking after two reconfigurations.

More picks per hour

Two-wheeler OEM accessory division · 2026

A 240-part accessory range across nine motorcycle models, sold from a printed catalogue with fitment tables. Dealers routinely ordered parts that did not fit the variant in their showroom, and returns ran at 18%.

About these numbers. The figures on these pages are illustrative composites of the kinds of results this work produces — they are not audited client metrics, and client names are withheld deliberately. Treat them as an indication of what to measure, not as evidence. We would rather say that here than let a reader assume otherwise.

Bring us the product you were told could not be configured.

Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
