The challenge

A 240-part accessory range across nine motorcycle models, sold from a printed catalogue with fitment tables. Dealers routinely ordered parts that did not fit the variant in their showroom, and returns ran at 18%.

How we approached it

Every accessory modelled against every compatible bike variant, with fitment encoded as constraints. The customer picks their bike first; incompatible parts simply do not appear. AI-assisted retopology brought 240 supplier CAD files into budget in three weeks rather than three months.
