The problem

A product with nine option groups has thousands of valid configurations. You photograph six of them, and the other twenty-five thousand exist only as a dropdown and a customer's imagination. Returns follow.

What we do about it

One 3D asset, a rule graph, and a canvas that renders any valid configuration in real time. The customer sees exactly what they are buying, at real scale, from any angle — and the order that reaches the factory is a validated BOM, not a free-text note.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Ingest the real CAD

Not a marketing model. The engineering assembly, tessellated at per-part tolerance, so the geometry matches what ships.

  2. 2

    Author the rule graph

Compatibility, requirement and exclusion constraints with price and lead-time modifiers. This is the artifact that outlives the visual design.

  3. 3

    Wire the commerce seam

Configuration serialises to a versioned payload that survives cart, checkout, ERP and the confirmation email.

  4. 4

    Publish everywhere

Same asset drives the PDP, the AR view, the dealer portal and the print catalogue.

The objection we hear most

“Will it slow the product page down?”

No, because the canvas does not boot until someone interacts with it. LCP is unaffected — we measure it on every release and publish the number.

Where we have done this

Bring us the product you were told could not be configured.

Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
