Name withheld — specifier-facing launch under embargo
A contract seating range with nine option groups was sold through a 40-page swatch PDF. Specifiers emailed to ask whether combinations existed; roughly one order in six arrived with a combination the factory could not build, and each one cost a week of renegotiation.
We ingested the engineering STEP assembly rather than a marketing model, so the geometry matched what ships. Two weeks of workshops with applications engineering turned tribal knowledge into 63 constraints. The configurator emits a validated BOM straight into their ERP, and the same asset generates the specifier PDF and the print catalogue.
“The rules workshop was the uncomfortable part and the valuable part. Three of our engineers disagreed about what the range could do, on a Tuesday, in front of us. Better then than in a customer's order.”

Figures on this page are illustrative composites, not audited client metrics, and the client is unnamed by design. They indicate what this kind of engagement is worth measuring — not what it is guaranteed to return.
Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.
We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
