Privacy policy

The short version

This site is a static website. There is no database behind it, no login, no account, and no analytics that identify you. The interactive demos generate their data in your browser and send nothing anywhere.

The enquiry form does not submit to a server. It composes a message in your own email client, which you then choose to send or not. Until you press send in your own mail application, nothing leaves your device.

What we store in your browser

One item in localStorage under the key mba-theme, recording your chosen colour theme so the site does not flash the wrong one on your next visit. It contains a theme name and nothing else. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Configurations you build are encoded into the URL fragment, which by design is never sent to any server. A share link contains your configuration and nothing about you.

What our host can see

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under their terms, and we do not build profiles from it.

Tailwind CSS and daisyUI load from the jsDelivr CDN, which will therefore see a request from your browser. If that matters to your organisation, both can be moved to a build-time pipeline served from our own origin — tell us and we will do it.

When you email us

Enquiries arrive in a shared mailbox read by our solutions engineers. We keep correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or its statutory record-keeping requires, and no longer.

We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a technical question.

Client project data

CAD files, scans, telemetry and catalogues shared with us during a project are governed by the specific agreement covering that project, not by this policy. Those terms are typically stricter than anything written here.

We do not use client geometry to train models, and we do not reuse client assets in demonstrations without written permission naming the specific asset.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Since the only personal data we hold is correspondence you chose to send us, that is usually a short conversation.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, for anything that affects an existing client, tell you directly rather than waiting for you to notice.
