Take the factory model — CAD layout, scan, or both — and bind every machine to its live signal. OEE, temperature, cycle time and alarms rendered in the place they physically occur.

A dashboard tells you line 3 is down. A twin tells you which cell, what it looks like, what is upstream of it, and how much WIP is stacking behind it. We bind MQTT, OPC-UA and REST telemetry to named nodes in the scene graph, keep a rolling window in memory for scrubbing, and render state as geometry — not as a chart pinned over a screenshot. The same scene supports what-if: move a cell, re-run the throughput model, see the bottleneck migrate.
