Robot cell simulator

Six joints, a reach envelope, and the collision nobody costed for.

What this is

Drive each axis by hand or run a pick-and-place cycle. The reach envelope and the cell footprint update live — which is how you find out the fence is 400 mm too close.

Forward kinematics on a six-axis arm, rendered with the reach envelope as a translucent hull. Sales engineers use this exact view to check that a cell layout is feasible before it gets quoted, which removes the most expensive class of change order there is.

Things worth trying

  • Drag J2 and J3 to full extension and watch the envelope touch the fence
  • Run the cycle and switch to top view to read the swept area
  • Increase reach to 2600 mm — the footprint warning fires

Bring us the product you were told could not be configured.

Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
