Factory digital twin
Twelve machines, live-ish telemetry, one bottleneck you can find in ten seconds.
What this is
A production line rendering its own state: OEE, cycle time, alarms and WIP shown on the geometry rather than beside it. Click a machine, scrub the shift, watch the bottleneck move.
Telemetry here is simulated with a seeded random walk, but the binding model is the real one — every machine is a named node, and each node subscribes to a tag. In production those tags come from OPC-UA or MQTT at sub-400 ms latency. The point of the demo is the reading experience: you find the constraint by looking at the floor, not by reading twelve gauges.
Things worth trying
- Click any cell to open its detail panel and alarm history
- Switch the overlay to WIP and find where inventory piles up
- Speed the simulation to 8× and watch a stoppage propagate upstream
- Toggle the AMR paths to see material flow

Bring us the product you were told could not be configured.
Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.
We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
