Use cases

Fourteen jobs, not fourteen features

Nobody buys a rendering engine. They buy a shorter quote cycle, a shutdown that does not overrun, or a return rate that stops eating the margin. These are the jobs, with the numbers we have measured against them.

Factory digital twin

The floor, rendered live, with the constraint visible from across the room.

A plant manager has twelve dashboards, four SCADA screens and a whiteboard. Finding the constraint on a bad shift means correlating all of them, and the answer arrives after the shift is over. New engineers take months to learn which machine feeds which.

Online product configurator

Every variant available, none of them photographed.

A product with nine option groups has thousands of valid configurations. You photograph six of them, and the other twenty-five thousand exist only as a dropdown and a customer's imagination. Returns follow.

Capital equipment quoting

Nine-day quote cycles become nine minutes, and the factory stops rejecting orders.

A machine quote goes from sales to applications engineering to production planning and back, because only the last group knows which option combinations are actually buildable. Nine days later the customer has bought something else.

As-built survey & retrofit

Find the clash in the model, not during the shutdown.

The drawings are from 1998 and three retrofits ago. The new skid arrives, and the pipe run it was designed around moved 400 mm in 2011. The shutdown extends by four days and everyone blames the drawings.

Drone survey & asset inspection

Twelve hectares a day, without anyone on a rope.

Inspecting a stack, a solar field, a transmission line or a quarry face means rope access, scaffolding or a shutdown — and produces a PDF of photographs nobody can measure.

AR try-in-your-space

The cheapest return prevention there is.

Furniture, appliances and fixtures get returned because they did not fit, or because the colour read differently in the customer's room. Both are answerable before purchase and neither is answered by a photograph.

Field service & maintenance

The right part, the first time, without a phone call to the one person who knows.

A technician on site needs a part number for a machine built in 2014 with three subsequent modifications. The parts manual is a PDF of an exploded view that does not match the machine in front of them.

Operator training & safety

Learn the line before you stand next to it.

New operators learn on live equipment, supervised by someone whose actual job is running the line. Safety-critical procedures get taught once, in a room, with a slide deck.

Line & layout planning

Argue about the layout with throughput numbers instead of opinions.

Moving a cell is a six-figure decision argued from a 2D AutoCAD plan and a strongly held belief. The throughput consequence is discovered after the concrete is cut.

Slotting decisions are made in a WMS spreadsheet. The consequence — pickers walking 14 km a shift, congestion at aisle ends, AMRs deadlocking at a crossing — is invisible until someone complains.

Bring us the product you were told could not be configured.

Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
