The challenge

A new skid had to fit into a live cleanroom whose drawings were three change controls out of date. Every exploratory survey required gowning, a production window and a deviation report.

How we approached it

Two gowned scanning sessions during planned cleaning windows produced a registered cloud accurate to ±18 mm. The skid was clash-checked against reality before fabrication, and the same model became the operator training scene.

What we delivered

  • Two gowned terrestrial scanning sessions inside cleaning windows
  • Registration to ±18 mm against a control network
  • Clash detection against the skid design pre-fabrication
  • Versioned scene under change control with auditable training records
“Quality signed off on the scan as a controlled document faster than they would have signed off on a set of photographs.”

Figures on this page are illustrative composites, not audited client metrics, and the client is unnamed by design. They indicate what this kind of engagement is worth measuring — not what it is guaranteed to return.

Bring us the product you were told could not be configured.

Tell us the option count, the CAD you already have and the frame budget you need to hit. An engineer reads it and replies with a straight answer — including when the answer is that good photography would serve you better.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day, in your timezone — with a frame budget, not a brochure.
